How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your WARDM subscription on iPhone:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find and tap "WARDM"
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
6. Confirm cancellation

Note: You'll still have access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

WARDM is unable to refund Apple or Google Play payments. For refund requests:

For iOS users: Please visit Apple Support at support.apple.com/en-us/118223

For Android users: Request a refund through Google Play Store within 48 hours of purchase.

How do I restore my purchase?

To restore your WARDM subscription:

1. Open the WARDM app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap "Restore Purchases"
4. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase

Your subscription will be restored automatically.

App is not working properly

If you're experiencing issues with WARDM:

1. Make sure you have the latest version of the app
2. Try force closing and reopening the app
3. Check your internet connection
4. Restart your device
5. Delete and reinstall the app
