WARNING: By using WARDM API services, you accept these terms in their entirety. WARDM provides services "AS IS" with NO WARRANTIES and assumes NO LIABILITY for any damages or losses.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WARDM API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, DO NOT use our services.

2. Service Description

WARDM provides API services on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding:

Service availability or uptime
Accuracy or completeness of data
Fitness for any particular purpose
Security or data protection

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Compliance with all applicable laws
Security of your API credentials
All activities under your account
Any content or data you process
Backing up your own data

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

Use services for illegal activities
Attempt to breach security measures
Reverse engineer our systems
Resell or redistribute access
Overload or abuse our infrastructure
Hold us liable for any damages

5. API Limitations

We may impose limits without notice:

Rate limiting
Data transfer restrictions
Access revocation
Service modifications or termination

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to WARDM services remain with us. You retain rights to your data but grant us unlimited license to use it for any purpose.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

WARDM PROVIDES SERVICES "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WARDM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WARDM harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

10. Payment Terms

All fees are non-refundable
No refunds under any circumstances
Prices may change without notice
Failure to pay results in immediate termination

11. Service Termination

We may terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, all your data may be immediately deleted.

12. Force Majeure

WARDM is not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where WARDM operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WARDM regarding our services.
